In the letter, the \r\ncompany asked the state body responsible for public imports the \"assignment of \r\nfinancial rights of contract CPVX-CJ-CONT-0086-2017\" of Mulberry Proje Yatirim \r\nA.S, incorporated in Istanbul, Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\n

As \r\nArmando.Info has revealed in several reports, Group Grand Limited, registered in \r\nHong Kong, is \r\none of the legal facades behind which Colombian entrepreneurs Alex Nain Saab \r\nMor\u00e1n and \u00c1lvaro Pulido Vargas hid<\/A>, \r\nand whereby the couple has become almost omnipresent in the business of \r\nsupplying the main social program of the Government of Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, the \r\nso-called Local Committees for Supply and Production (Clap). As discussed below, \r\nMulberry Proje Yatirim A.S. is another piece of the same plot. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\r\n\n
